Returns

You have 30 days from delivery.

Recovery tools are personal. If the Ultra Foot Trainer is not right for you, we would rather have it back than have it sitting in a closet.

Starting a return

Open the returns portal from your Order Details page. Submit the request and we will email you a prepaid label. Print it, pack the item, and drop it off.

What we accept

Unused and in the original packaging, requested within 30 days of delivery.

Before you send it back

Most people do not notice much in the first few days. Foot strength and mobility take weeks to change, and the first sessions can feel like nothing is happening.

If you are a couple of weeks in and unsure, email us before you start a return. Nine times out of ten it comes down to how the routine is being used, and that is a five-minute conversation.

We pay for it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have inspected it, the refund goes to your original payment method. Allow 3 to 5 business days.

Product price and tax are refunded. Original shipping is not.
