I've dealt with knee pain for most of my life, and this pillow provides a lot of relief on my knees when I use it, whether I'm laying on my couch or in bed.
I have a lot of back pain when trying to watch a movie or play a game on the couch, and I've always thrown a pillow under my knees to help relieve that pain. This pillow has brought comfort and relief in a better way than any 'run of the mill' pillow. It keeps its form and shape so I don't have to readjust over and over.
Just like when I go to my physical therapist, there's something about having a pillow under my knees that is soothing and comfortable. This pillow feels just right, the perfect amount of cushion to make me feel comfortable and for relief when laying down or when I am relaxinbg on my recliner. I highly recommend it for the ultimate in relaxation and comfort.
